What players ask before they order.
How do you find my Chess.com games?
Through the public Chess.com interface, using your username alone. We scan up to six months of recent play and keep the first twelve wins by checkmate we find. We never ask for your password.
What if my account is private, or nothing is found?
If the account does not exist, has no games, or none of your recent wins ended in mate, we tell you plainly on screen. Private games are not readable, so try a public account.
Where do the Modern Masters games come from?
From public records of games played online this year. Each product page links back to the original game so you can verify it. Immortal is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any player named.
Can I preview my own design before ordering?
Yes, and you must. You see the exact final position, the mating move, the players and the date before anything is printed.
How long does it take, and what does shipping cost?
Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then 2 to 5 more within the EU, and we deliver within 30 days at the latest. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a personalised print?
Not for a change of mind: it carries your position and your names, so it cannot be resold. But if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from your preview, we replace it or refund it in full.
What are the garments and sizes?
Bella + Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan 18500 hoodies, and Stanley/Stella Changer 2.0 organic sweatshirts, sizes S to 2XL. Posters come in 30x40, 50x70 and 70x100 cm, enhanced matte paper, 189 g/m², no frame.
